There is no form and no dashboard input. Every receipt on this console — all 4 so far — was a message to the bot, checked against the mandate with live vault data, and answered ALLOWED or REFUSED with the numbers.

Every decision is hashed to the one before it, and replayable by anyone.
Preserve capital first. Never put more than 40% into a single vault, and no more than 60% on any one chain. Keep 20% liquid at all times. Testnet only. Only enter vaults I'm cleared for. Never touch a paused vault.
